Disliked: Service in bar and at breakfast very slow and not very friendly We got charged again for all taxes even though we had paid though booking.com alreadyPlus they charged us again for breakfast which was included in the room rate so not very happy and staff not helpful at the reception about this this issue they top us to take it up with booking .com

Modern Comfort

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the young men in bakery have us recommendation for dinner at BB King, it was delicious. We were able to walk to different museums.The lobby was so comfy, we sat there and read one evening. The fitness room had a variety of machines and weights. The hotel was very modern and loved the motion lights under the bed.
Disliked: Bathroom garage had feminine products from previous guest.

Not what I was expecting...

Liked: Rooftop bar would have been nice if there were 2 bartenders. The one that was there was super slow. Not many choices for non alcohol drinks
Disliked: Staff at ground level cafe/bar was slow and rude. Beer selection was awful

Disliked: I didn’t like that we didn’t know you had to for parking until arriving and looking for some where to park .. this will be great information for those who drive ,
