Disliked: My room wasn’t ready when arrived so we were upgraded to room with river view supposedly at no additional cost. I definitely did not like the parking situation.

Liked: The beds were comfy, rooms were clean.Roof top bar was nice, bartenders were friendly.Chris, the security guy, was nice.Location was easy to find & walkable to the heart of Beale St.Parking garage across the street was easy to find & was cheap for our less than 24hr stay (6p - 1030a was $12)
Disliked: We arrived around 615pm & had to wait until about 7p before our rooms were ready (check in time was 4pm). Had to ask for a discount (it should have been offered).No switch for the exhaust fan in the room bathroom (or it just didn't work).Public unisex restroom in lobby was dirty (someone, assuming a guest, had broken up their weed on bathroom counter & it was all over the floor too).The description on Booking.com said there was breakfast included with our stay but the hotel staff said they don't do that. So we paid ~$6 for a large coffee that wasn't full & ~$4 for a can of soda.

Fabulous stay in Memphis!!

Liked: Everything. The room was lovely, the lighting under bed that came on at night to help you navigate was a super idea. The bathroom with separate water closet and giant shower were fabulous. Loved the resort style pool too. The restaurant was outstanding on main level and rooftop bar was special. Great location.
Disliked: Not a thing.
