Liked: It needs more light

I will return again and...

Liked: The staff was truly exceptional, everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The room, as well as the hallways, and elevators were spotless! Our room was a great size and the mattress was comfortable, which for me, can be hard to find. The rooftop lounge was relaxing, and also with exemplary staff!
Disliked: Two very minor things. We arrived on a very hot day and unfortunately the air was not on in the lobby so we didn't get the relief we were looking for. And the water that was out in the lobby was also warm. These were in no way deal breakers!

Nice hotel, would recommend.

Liked: Great location, good value for the room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: It took a really long time for the valet to come with the car. Almost an hour. Ridiculous. Not sure if this is hotel or company they hire, but don’t recommend them. But the good news was the hotel took off one of the valet days for the inconvenience so we appreciated that. I would say some of the food on the terrace was expensive for what you got… I get that you can charge more because it’s a nice roof top terrace but sadly, we didn’t go back a second time, after our lunch there due, to it being more than we care to spend and what you get for the money.

Good and practical for business

Liked: Conveniently located, good room (with coffee facilities which start to disappear in many hotels in NY) own gym and good restaurant for breakfast.

Good location for our stay...

Liked: Location was great. We were close to Bryant Park, Empire State Building, most of the touristy attractions.Check in and check-out at the hotel was smooth. Kiara and Chris were very helpful. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The roof-top bar/area was a plus.
Disliked: Our room could of been brighter, we had one of the 2nd FL rooms, which didn't have much natural light. The small patio also was dirty, with cigarette butts and debris.
