Hyatt at the Canyons by Park City Vacations

Great family experience!

Liked: The room was beautiful and perfect for our family! We loved the ski valet service, all the amenities at the Hyatt and the proximity to the gondola (walking distance)
Disliked: We wish the room had more paper towels or dish towels. Also the food/service at EPC in the Hyatt was average.

Overall we liked the unit and the Hyatt property and staff.

Liked: Nice building, very clean, great parking. Hyatt staff very helpful and polite. Hyatt shuttle and driver very accommodating.

Good

Disliked: Front desk provided no support. No pool towels were provided in our unit. There was at least 2 inches of dust and grime on the vent hood above the cooktop. Toilet in bathroom runs constantly. Heat could never be controlled properly.

Liked: Absolutely everything was perfect!

great place, great location, lespri should tighten up their game, it was off.

Disliked: staff from lespri. When we arrived after 10 hours of travel, we were told by front desk that the unit was double booked and to call lespri We could not reach lespri, either number Finally Hyatt staff realized a mistake Lespri can into the apartment un announced several times

Beautiful condo

Liked: The furnishings were great. Loved the channel selections on the tv. Game room, pool, saunas and gym were super fun.
Disliked: Lots of construction around the area. Woke up to hammers, cranes and chainsaws. Thinking the price should be lowered a bit until construction in the area is complete.
