Disliked: The 10 minute wait for room inspection upon checkin at 5PM when checkin begins at 4PM.

Liked: Location is perfect.
Disliked: Even if the staff was very kind and ready to help, I was totally dissatisfied with the ventilation and heating system in the room (1525). The device in the wall next to the window made a terrible noise which created sleeping difficulties, not to mention the awful airflow which attacked my eyes and my nose. I left the hotel sick. And my complaint is even deeper because afterwards I noticed on booking.com that the room photos displayed on their website did not show - any of them - that terrible heating engine. Probably not all rooms are in that bad condition and they have normal air conditioned devices installed. If I had been told that not all rooms are the same, I would have chosen a different one. In fact, the staff should have offered me a different one from the very beginning.

Great place for DC trip...

Liked: Spent 3 days with grandkids, ages 12 & 15, on their spring break touring DC. Hotel was in a great location and just far enough from The Mall area for them to Kieran to use a metro. Excellent Breakfast. Will stay here again.

Worst stay at this Hotel

Liked: Nothing bad experience.
Disliked: People at front desk double billed me andRoom dirty and when then on heat air came out.Told Manager he said could do nothing about it.
