Very good

Liked: Great location. Staff was very nice
Disliked: Booking.com booked us a type of room that did not exist. The staff was accommodating to switch us to something closer to what we wanted

Bad communication.

Liked: Close to all fun area's.
Disliked: Communication. Room wasn't what it should be. Whole family bought pool swimwear only to find when we got there pool wasn't open due to construction going on at hotel that we weren't aware of. Would not recommend this hotel. The staff could have made it better but didn't seem to care.
