Disliked: I attempted to check in at 3 pm - the lady at the counter advised me that my room was not yet ready and told me she would call me in less that 45 minutes. I did not receive a call. I drove back to the hotel over two hours later and asked if my room was ready and she said yes. I then asked her why I was not called and she told me she was too busy. Poor attitude on her behalf. I then requested a late check out for 1 pm - she had the audacity to tell me there was a $10.00 charge per hour after 11. Can you believe after checking my room in late she still has the 'you know what' to charge me for a late check out. Shame on you.

Great getaway

Liked: Staff was wonderful
Disliked: There was nothing bad

Good view, not good accommodation...

Liked: We loved the view from our balcony and the pool was very nice.
Disliked: The place was run down and any upgrades done were cheaply done. Upon arrival we always check the beds and the sheets were dirty and ripped. We asked for them to be changed and the front desk lady just handed us sheets for us to do it. That should have been done for us before we arrived. I was expecting a decent place for the price we paid.

I would not stay there...

Liked: It was basic and just ok. Coffee was stale
Disliked: The hotel was dirty. Smelled Molly. They had a fans going in the hallways because the moisture issues. The tub when you were showering backed up with your own dirty water. For what we paid for the room it was nasty and a little disturbing

Disliked: Front desk staff was slow and unprofessional.

Liked: Good location, near beaches. Breakfast OK, had what I needed, seating area small & somewhat cramped. Checkin was good, staff friendly & accommodating, comfy bed, balcony good for sitting & watching the boats on nearby inlet.
Disliked: Can get noisy, to be expected located in a resort area.

Liked: We loved the dock area for watching the sunset and being with friends. It was very relaxing.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable and the ac was loud
