Excellent value for money, friendly...

Liked: Gym, n swim, room and tea/coffee biscuits :)
Disliked: Noise outside. Lack of light at the hotel entrance when it's dark.

Liked: Room was very comfortable .Every thing was nicely designed and well equipped.
Disliked: There was no telephone in the room to speak to reception . WiFi was not good enough to do any work .

Disliked: Bit hot and very small room, but comfortable and well appointed.

Liked: The room was very basic and the mattress very old, hard and springy -not what I would expect to find for the money I paid. The "full English" was good. Some of the girls/staff didn't seem particularly interested and smoked/vaped outside where the guests were. Also, the pool/gym/sauna closed at 6 pm, which was very unfortunate because I wanted to use it after work and therefore couldn't.
Disliked: The full English breakfast.

Lovely rooms and spa facilities.

Liked: The room with conservatory was absolutely fabulous!
Disliked: I would have liked the swimming pool to be open until later on the Saturday evening.
