Liked: Front Desk staff were very accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: The extra charge for parking and coffered no water for the rooms. Had to buy water to make coffee which was very expensive! No coffee or water in the lobby for guests. Had to use bathroom water if you make coffee in your room.

Beautiful place but lots of...

Liked: The room was nice with comfy beds and the grounds are beautiful. Plenty to do in the immediate vicinity.
Disliked: There were so many surprise fees it felt like a ripoff. Resort fee was high, plus parking fee was unexpected. This kind of thing allows them to advertise the rooms at a lower price, which is a shady tactic I can’t abide. Hot tub was tiny and always completely packed full. We could hear our neighbors conversations and music.

Wonderful room and location but...

Liked: Great Comfy rooms in wonderfully area near harbor and many restaurants. 20 min from gaslamp and good pub with live music.
Disliked: Bath quite small and you pay 20USD for voucher without being asked / explained what it is..? Voucher provides little benefits

Liked: The property was peaceful, beautiful and clean. I loved the pool and hot tub as well.

Disliked: The hotel has not been maintained.
