Fantastic gem

Liked: It was in a great location, clean and had friendly staff. We were greeted and asked if we wanted help getting to where we were heading out to. The room was lovely and clean and beds really comfortable. You can literally see the train station from the front door of the building
Disliked: Nothing on the property but we were in a basement room and the room above us were really noisy until late with children jumping over the furniture and very heavy footed people which started early again this morning,

A hotel in Kings Cross...

Liked: The hotel was very clean.the staff very polite and the room was fabulous with a twin headed shower.one smaller rounded disc like head and a big 20cm square showerhead.very clean ensuite and the toilet and bedroom sink were very efficient and top of the range.absolutely highly recommended by myself.the proximity to both kings cross station and st pancreas was a matter of a few hundred yards.FANTASTIC.

Disliked: The room are kinda small and there is no AC, with only fans provided, sometimes the room could get quite stuffy.

Howard Winchester review

Liked: This was our second time staying at the Howard Winchester. Its location is ideal for travel to all London attractions. The hotel staff are all nice and helpful, and great for advice on getting around and restaurant recommendations. Our room, although small, was well equipped for all our needs. We were on the top floor this time, which was quite a climb after long days walking around, so next time I book I might request one on a lower level! That said, we didn't hear any noise from other guests coming and going, so maybe that was a perk in disguise! Being cosy and on the highest level, it was very warm in the room, but a fancy fan was provided which was perfectly adequate and much appreciated. The room was clean on arrival, and i was surprised our room was cleaned during our 2 night stay as I wasn't expecting it to be. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel after check out to collect just prior to catching our train home, which was a great service and much appreciated. Will definitely book this hotel again for our next London theatre trip!
Disliked: Top floor rooms are quite a climb, up very narrow staircases... Would not be ideal for people who's mobility isn't great, or people of a larger size!
