Liked: The hotel is close to King’s Cross
Disliked: Except for one female receptionist who had a lovely smile and was very kind, the other front desk staff were unfriendly and intimidating. The cleaning staff, however, were all kind. The hotel building is old and there is no elevator. Staff do not help with luggage. I had to drag a heavy suitcase up and down narrow stairs, which was scary and I felt like I might fall.There is no ventilation fan in the room, so humidity builds up. Every night, people gather in the park right in front of the hotel, blasting loud music and playing basketball until late at night. It was extremely noisy.

Disliked: Tiny room. I’m very miniature, but I couldn’t wear my clothes- no space at all. I had to step over the suitcase.Room were on the 3rd floor without elevator. Terrible! Nobody helped
