Ok

Liked: Location is right next to the wharf it’s very convenient. Bed was comfy and staff was nice.
Disliked: The rooms were so small. We purchased a room with a view of the ocean and there was no view of the ocean just the parking lot.

Getting better

Liked: New flooring!!! The old carpet needed to go. Location to beach, and it's nice to be able to park there before the room is ready. The manager is always friendly. Breakfast is super simple, but it's nice to have.
Disliked: Beds are too hard. Bathrooms need to be remodeled and rooms still need updating- mirrors, picture frame, lamps, etc. Soap dispenser in bathroom in weird position for washing hands and soap was not great quality.

The mattress

Liked: The ocean view, cleanliness, amenities, breakfast, and terrace.
Disliked: The mattress was too hard

Liked: Staff was excellent and very helpful, the view was wonderful, and the room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast didn't have much in the way of protein so it wasn't a breakfast that worked for us.

So much fun, view from...

Liked: Location was great. Breakfast was a plus and so was the hot tub.
Disliked: Pillows were hard and bulky , I woke up with a stiff neck. No door on the extra room

Disappointing

Liked: It was close enough to easily walk to the boardwalk
Disliked: I didn’t like the staff nobody was friendly & the rooms were really small beds not comfy
