Nice hotel, very cozy and...

Liked: Great hotel, close to the main attractions in the city. The hotel hosts shows at night, but you can’t hear anything from the rooms.Valet parking is quite expensive ($65/night) but you have the convenience of getting your car whenever you want.
Disliked: The front desk didn’t answer any of the times I called to have the trash picked up, but other than that, it’s a very good hotel!

Exceptional

Liked: The perfect location in West Hollywood and the pool was extra fun on Saturday with rotating DJ's and a poolside bar. We even got a free margarita from 3-4pm! Definitely a more energetic hotel experience.

Great and affordable stay In...

Liked: Very comfy bed Super friendly staffValet car guys were soooo nice!Lively and fun, hip spot in WeHo
Disliked: It does get loud on weekend nights( concerts, parties), but when you are in your room it’s Not too loud.

Disappointing

Disliked: Our room booked through booking.com was not available upon check in. Hotel downgraded our group leaving someone to sleep on the couch despite paying for a room with two beds. Absolutely zero customer service from the hotel to support. For the price paid I had higher expectations. Also be aware there are additional fees to use the pool etc.
