The hotel is dirty, dirty...

Liked: They scam people, they 50 down payment and it was not returned when we are checking out. They say it will take 3 weeks before it will be returned. I think it’s a scam, because people will get tired of following the 50 dollars they took in our credit card,
Disliked: They should not took 50 dollars on my credit card as down because it’s alread been paid ahead of time.

Ok for the discounted price

Liked: Excellent staff.
Disliked: The room is decent but the bathroom and carpet could use some updating. Each time that we returned to our room or turned the air off the room smelled stale.

Disliked: The construction noise was extremely loud , where you didn’t have a choice but to get up out of bed!

Liked: The room didn’t smell fresh. I never received housekeeping service the entire time I was there.
Disliked: Smell of the room/ no housekeeping service

Liked: We were there for a biker’s event, it was 20 of us the staff was so pleasant and nice they welcomed us

Liked: Front desk "Jessica" is AMAZING! I re booked my second day for the wrong day by accident. Jessica took the initiative to investigate the problem and saved me a room knowing the stress of my situation w/ mom in the Hospital 4 hrs. From my home. Jessica is an Asset to the smooth running of this Hotel and has more than 10yrs. Of experience in this hospitality business. Hotel is clean,nice,breakfast,& Uber to Houston Methodist paid by them. Under 2 miles to this Hospital. Thank you Ylem!
Disliked: Nothing. Comfy beds, large rooms, with large shower.

Disliked: Room smelled really strongly of mildew. No room cleaning service. Location outside was loud at times
