Liked: I loved that the property was so unique and decorated with such care. The staff was warm and friendly. I will definitely be back.

First (and last time) visi...
Liked: check in was smooth
Disliked: i stayed two nights. the room was not cleaned and made up when I returned in the afternoon, so i called the front desk and asked for that service.... about 4pm, then we left for dinner.... at 9pm when i returned, the room was not made up... no clean towels, bed was a mess, trash cans full I expected this hotel to be a bit upscale, trendy, unique... it DID NOT meet those expectations.

My stay was quiet and...
Liked: The property met me expectations for the most part. The property was quite and very nicely decorated. I thought the hotel was priced properly. The bed was amazing!
Disliked: Minor inconveniences: I did not like that the breakfast was not available as advertised. Yes, I did receive one of the breakfast bags but it was just a bottle of water and a small kid sized bag of mini muffins. I wished the property had a hot tub or pool. I understand that Covid 19 has required us all making adjustments. It would have been nice if the front desk staff notified me of the closed areas and the breakfast bags (I found about the bags after I called to inquire about the breakfast bags on Saturday). Additionally, There was not much literature in the room regarding restaurants in the area or anything to reference to address of the Hotel (in case I needed to order food). You should look into this, maybe adjust your polices or practices: I did not like that my room was not serviced at any point during my 4 night stay. I managed with the towels and toiletries I had but at the end I needed additional supplies (toilet paper). I would definitely change this (this is unacceptable): My biggest complaint is that the front desk attendant was not at the desk on Friday 7/2/2020. I needed assistance with my key card...(it was disabled and would not work or give me access to my room). I went to the front desk around 9 pm and had to wait 30 minutes before anyone came to the front desk area. I made several calls to the front desk area hoping that someone would pick up the phone. The phone went un-answered. This (the phone ringing without answer for an extended period of time) also occurred when I was attempting to book the reservation, this seems to be a common occurrence. This is unacceptable!

Liked: The beds are always very clean and super-comfortable!
Disliked: Price is not economical, but worth the cost. You get what you pay for.
