Disliked: Location is far a way from the city . During the breakfast if you need to go to the toilet you need to go outside to use rooftop pool toilets which is insane in case of storm .

Liked: The staff, Monica, Davide, Ludovico, Joseph, Antonio plus many more. Engaging, Focused, Disciplined, Consistent and followed the process. They all provided Exceptional Customer Service. Above all they were Friendly and Loved what they do. Highly recommended!
Disliked: Facilities fantastic! Very close to transport. Roof top Breakfast , Pool on Level 8. Each morning we fueled our body with nutritional food. The breakfast team were outstanding. Plus we had drinks in the evening on level 8 too. Thanks Kim for the great service.
