Liked: Only one of the receptionists was very, very kind and friendly.
Disliked: We had to pay 3 euros for a pillow for our daughter, our room was reserved for 2 adults and a kid but they didn't want to give an extra pillow for our daughter

Perfect for a family vacation

Liked: The owners and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big enough with a nice bathroom, overall very clean. Beds were comfortable with soft pillows. Breakfast was an open buffet with fresh ingredients. Location is good, close to bus and metro stations. There is also free parking behind the hotel. Definitely will stay there whenever we are in Berlin.
