Liked: It's near the train station, restaurants, shops, and grocery store.
Disliked: Lack of hot water and ice. The aircon is not working. There's some homeless people outside the hotel. Elevator is too small.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable in...

Liked: It was quite close to the metro station (two or three stepts further) and not a crowded area. The room was quite clean. And, the room service was quite good.
Disliked: We could hear almost clearly when the other room residents were talking and laughing. It was quite disturbing because they were talking till midnight. The bathroom didn't have a curtain so whenever we took a shower the floor was wet because of the lack of the curtain.There was no water cooker in the room. We asked for hot water from the reception. We got it immediately but the pot had no lid so the water got cold quickly. And, for breakfast there were no warm meal like omelet or boiled egg.

Liked: Good location in Montparnasse near the train Station. For one night is enoght for a shower and crush in.
Disliked: Quite old as inside furniture and bathroom facilities. Small room, but this is usual for Paris.
