Beyond comfortable and clean. Beautiful...

Liked: Way nice than we expected. Friendly helpful staff
Disliked: Breakfast could be better, more substantial.Dinner is a test on patience, over 45 minutes to prepare and serve a hamburger and a pizza is too much. Pool is filled with black water!!! Needs some major exterior manrainance work..

Liked: We were on a tight schedule and appreciated being assisted after 1am by the security staff person at the front desk. And in the morning, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast (les croissants étaient incroyables!) which was much appreciated. The checkout process was seamless and quick, allowing us to get to Mont Sutton to ski at 08:30. Merck beaucoup!
