Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty when we arrived, and there was no one to clean it. They did clean it the next day. There was damages furniture and there are some structural issues. I would not choose this hotel in the future.

Superb
Liked: Location is close to Penn Station and very close to the subway. The room was perfect for what I needed. I especially loved the bed.

Very good hotel, wonderful location!
Liked: The location is perfect for visiting New York City, traveling out of town, and for business. You're practically in Herald Square, 2 minutes from Macys. The American-style breakfast is good, and there's coffee to go all day.
Disliked: Breakfast doesn't vary from day to day, if you stay for a week it might get boring.
