Liked: Staff and beds
Disliked: The breakfast facilities were were very poor, crowded, claustrophobic nowhere to sit, disposable cutlery and plates etc etc. The cost of 2 nights accommodation was excessive and we had booked for 3 single people people and there were only 2 beds , there was a lot of confusion in getting a 3rd bed. They said that booking.com gave the wrong information.

Liked: Room was spacious for New York, bathroom a good size. Breakfast was adequate, set us up for the day. Would stay here again it was good value for money
Disliked: Breakfast room was too small had to wait for a table to come available

Liked: The big specious room. The location. Comfy beds.
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved.

Nice location, pleasant stay

Liked: The location is great, near the metro station and a lot of shop. The staff were really nice and helpful. The coom was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom was really cold. Maybe because of the window didn’t seal properly. Facilities seemed rather outdated.
