Liked: Close to everything
Disliked: Room small

Superb

Liked: The staff were engaging, We loved the easy access to most events. The Itish Pub, located in the hotel was truly authentic.
Disliked: The room was smaller than we expected, but we were more than comfortable. The unexpected trouble with no hot water came during the heat wave. We were compensated, which was very thoughtful.

It wasn’t bad but definitely...

Liked: The location was great, right next to Time Square. The pizza place right next to it was great!
Disliked: Room was smaller than expected. The hairdryer was awful, but after i asked if i could get a new one it was better. The shower was broken, we asked them if someone could fix it as we were leaving the hotel for the day and when we got back (around 9 pm) nobody had fixed it cause the guy in the lobby was too busy playing with his phone when we asked and forgot to write the room number.

I really recommend the shicard...

Liked: The property is exactly what you need ti have a good rest after having a long day, the location is the best of it, very well located and near to subway station

Liked: Convenient to Times Square and Subway.
Disliked: Our group had three different rooms.None of us had hot water every day.My room had hot water one night.The air units cause a lot of moisture in the rooms.Our wall paper was peeling and there was evident mold on the wall.We asked for room keeping and was told it was only performed every other day.
