Liked: The location is amazing, easy to go everywhere, the staff are so helpful and kind, and the Irish bar is a really nice environment.

Good location for Times Square...

Liked: The staff on site were excellent, happy to help and a warm friendly attitude.
Disliked: The room was a bit run down and needs some care and attention. The bedding looked quite old and very used.The aircon was struggling and very noisy. The first hotel I've visited where the bathroom is better than the room. Broken shower tap that almost took off a toe when it bounced around the shower floor. Basically, hostel quality at hotel prices.
