Liked: There was no hot water for a day and a half although they did take one night off my bill, but it was hard because it was 100° outside
Disliked: Very small room

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL

Liked: Absolutely nothing. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! READ BELOW
Disliked: Fire alarm went off on day 1 and sprinklers soaked all of my clothes so not a great start. The tiny and dark dingy room was also not as advertised with clear bathroom door and toilet facing directly towards the bed so if you value privacy don’t stay here. Air con rattled like a United airlines plane taking off in the room while trying to sleep. Bed was big enough to fit a small child never mind two adults. Waited since the ice age for my deposit back. No hot water in shower. Maids don’t knock to clean room they just come in SURPRISEEE. Lift worked once during our 3 night stay. Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life.

Liked: Absolutely nothing!!!
Disliked: I have done a lot of traveling in my life and It's official this the worst hotel I have every stayed in!!!! NOTHING like the picture, small, cramped and dingy room. The bed is old and squishy and appears to be welded against the wall with hospital corners so tight that once you get in you will need the jaws of life to get out...The AC is so cold you could hang meat in the room...Actually had to turn the heat on for awhile but once we went to bed we set it to 76 and by morning freezing all over again! The bathroom was so cramped when I sat on the toilet I cut my outer thigh sitting down on an exposed nut & bolt..I am not fat by any stretch it's just the hardware bumps up on the toilet...This place gets the gold medal for sucking the most and not just in NYC but the USA - Shame on the owner that has this dump!!!

Liked: Very close to Time Square, but not in the middle of all the chaos. At night it was very quiet.
Disliked: The restaurant at the very bottom on the first floor, had an issue with their garbage, not being picked up, which leached into the lobby

Liked: Nothing really. No fridge, no microwave and no coffeemaker. When I checked in the hotel the broiler broke...no hot water. Have to call downstairs for ice which is delivered in a plastic bag. Please don't endorse these guys. Oh forgot about the$150 deposit to be returned in 10-14 days

Fake room pictures, pics do...

Liked: It was an awful stay, the pictures do not correspond with the room you will get in. We got a room that was half of the space showed in the picture. All was really noisy cause there is an Irish bar downstairs and the worse was that they had not hot water. We were 2 days without hot water that was terrible.
Disliked: Two days in New York with hot summer weather, being unable to take a shower because there was not hot water was awful. Also the pictures of the room and given us a room which had no space for 2 people.
