I had a terrible incident...

Disliked: Upon check-in, I entrusted the hotel staff with the storage of my prescription medication, which requires refrigeration at a temperature range of 2°C to 8°C. Unfortunately, I later discovered that my medication had been stored in the freezer compartment for 5 full days, causing it to freeze completely compromising its integrity and making it unusable. This is a horrifying level of negligence from a hotel of supposed standard. There is absolutely no justification for such careless mishandling of something as critical as a guest’s medication. The fact that no one from the hotel has taken accountability for this is equally appalling. This mishandling has resulted in the loss of my essential medication and an unexpected financial burden and moreover, this situation posed a potential risk to my health, given the importance of this medication in my treatment regimen.after the event, I only got simple appologies. that is all they said overall.

Liked: The location was perfect, near to the Empire State Building and to the subway. Although we didn’t include breakfast in our stay we enjoyed the coffee and tea served every morning in the lobby. The beds were comfortable. We also used the gym a couple of times
Disliked: Hotell is on busy street and during our stay there was some construction done in the streets which resulted in quite some noise.
