Disappointing

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: Elevator wasn’t working and i missed to read that when I booked this place so it was a surprise. No facilities were available as they were doing major renovations. If I knew this I would probably booked another place with similar price..

In business district

Liked: Clean, great space, close to public transportation, close to old Quebec by driving - about 15 minutes.
Disliked: The elevator was not working but I was informed after I booked. The hotel made accommodation to put us to 2nd floor to make it easy to walk up the stairs.

Liked: Room was very spacious and clean.Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Location was sketchy as there were so many homeless people who were just outside our window.They were quite loud in the middle of the night and it was difficult to sleep.We had our dog with us and we were afraid to go outside after dark.Kitchen was nice, but missing a few important articles, such as a toaster and glasses.
