Would stay again!

Liked: The room was clean and modern in a good location close to the metro
Disliked: Nothing.

Price is ok

Liked: The location is about 25-30 minutes walking from central train station. You can take a tram from the station to the hotel. Tram number 9. You can also find a bus to Bergamo airport from the train station. Bus fare is 12 euros by cash. Taxi will cost more than 130 euros to this airport. Room was a bit small but clean and modern fitting. Staff are friendly.
Disliked: There is a small box hanging on the wall. It has noise. Later I found out it is actually a fridge. The tram is noisy and it sounded loud at night.

Good hotel, great breakfast and...

Liked: Really good breakfast with on-demand eggs etc. and a lot of choice next to that. The room was good, clean, with recent furniture and bathroom. The location was great. I was able to reach easily the city center, the metro line (5 min walk) to then reach the airport by train, or to go for a run in the close by park. I also found a really good pizzeria close by and there were also many other restaurants to choose from. The best hotel I have been in Milan so far in that range of price (Milan is usually outrageously expensive for the quality of the rooms).
Disliked: I was on the first floor so there was a bit of noise from the garage door right below in the night (I think). I should have maybe wear ear blocks...

Liked: Breakfast was good. the lady at thereception was very friendly and supportive.
Disliked: extremely small bathroom, water going everywere

Liked: Great room, spacious and clean.

Pleasant

Liked: location was good, not far from a few metro stations, tram was right outside and not far from the city centre( few stops to the duomo. Staff were also really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: the bathroom sink had alot of glue marks, this was a little unpleasant to see - appeared dirty. Also the rooms dont have kettles which is really inconvenient
