Comfortable stay in a great...

Liked: Fantastic stay! The location was ideal—just a short walk to Plaça Catalunya, the metro, shops, and plenty of restaurants. Iker and Valeria were incredibly helpful and responsive, especially when I was concerned about the recent blackout in Barcelona. Their customer service was truly top-notch. Highly recommend!
Disliked: The pillows were quite small and firm - I would have preferred larger, softer ones for better comfort. Also, the room I stayed in didn’t have a city view, as the window faced another building. It didn’t get much natural light during the day, but that’s just how the layout is.
