Liked: It is one of the most beautiful experiences. The staff and the service are of the highest level with a lot of style and class. The location is perfect right on the beach and easy to find. The food is also recommended

Superb night away

Liked: The hotel location is perfect, spotless and very well presented. Exterior makes a statement.Staff were exceptional, and polite and open to approach.
Disliked: Paying for carpark, I always believe if a hotel has their own parking it should be free to guests

The whole weekend was extremely...

Liked: The breakfast was amazing! Lovely fruit/yoghurt to start with followed by a full English breakfast, tea/coffee/toast, certainly sets you up for the day! Kippers/omelette/poached cod - all were very tasty. Pastries were fresh, the whole breakfast experience was excellent, with fantastic service.The location of the hotel is perfect, with the promenade/beach opposite, couldn't wish for a better position. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, special shout to to Anthony, the doorman, who was very attentive every time he saw my elderly mother. Waiters/housekeeping/front desk, all made the stay comfortable and special, thank you.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we could fault during our 3 day stay

Disliked: The hot water took an age to come through and then it wasn’t that hot.

Perfection!!!

Liked: The hotel room was just as I expected from what I saw on the booking site. It was well-appointed, had enough tea, coffee, milk, shortbread cookies every day, and water. The toiletries were excellent, as were the towels. The location was perfect - right in town along the sea front. I loved staying there!
Disliked: Nothing - it was awesome.
