Exceptional

Liked: Just a perfect place to stay to make the most of visiting Rome .We were able to walk to all the main tourists attractions and the Train and Bus station were also near by .
Disliked: Nothing

I hope you will consider...

Liked: The rate is expensive during my five days stay.Credit card is given as security in order toSettle your bill during check out not to be charged in advance this is not normal as far as I have massive experience, therefore the management should change this policy.
Disliked: The front office must take care of the above issues i mentioned.

Fabulous location with old-world charm

Liked: Location.. stayed here before, and would again. If you like to walk, follow the Hop on Hop off bus map. We did it in 2 part circles, from this hotel, and it was fabulous.
Disliked: Breakfast could do with a revamp.. quality of food is not as good as previous visits .

Liked: A beautiful old building graciously renovated. Spotlessly clean. Excellent restaurant for evening meal.
Disliked: We unfortunately had a water leak through the ceiling which wet all our clothes in one suitcase. However the staff were very kind in their response to this situation and responded appropriately

Great location but overpriced

Disliked: It was overpriced

Perfect!!!

Liked: Fantastic hotel. Beautifully furnished. Clean and very comfortable. Great location, easy access to Centrale station. Breakfast was fabulous so much selection. We had a room on level 5 looking out onto the busy street below. Windows opened for fresh air and kept out noise at night when closed.
Disliked: Would have liked the air conditioning to be available during our stay. They said it was too early in the season to turn on. We offered a fan which did the job!
