Great experience, location and lovely...

Liked: Great location, hotel looks amazing, we had superior room which was super big, lovely and comfortable. People working there were always super kind and helpfull in anything one needs.

Excellent staff, new hotel, big...

Liked: The reception staff welcomed me going beyond expectations. I was coming from a very hard trip and the lady got genuinely interested in what happened and acted accordingly showing true empathy and supporting me with what she could. big rooms, clean and new, very close to shopping area. Super chice

Enjoyable

Liked: Everything brand new and room amazing and cleaner made room up anytime of the day .
Disliked: Reception staff not very good English no communication on WiFi , where room was and no breakfast details and no information that stairs out of order had to use lift no pool and no coffee shop with terrace and no royal bar with terrace .

Liked: Hotel is really nice. Location is perfect on walking distance to main attractions. Room was specious and comfort.
Disliked: I think that stuff could support more during power outage situation. Support with taxi reservation, bare minimum.I missed more hospitality, but maybe it's a general thing in Spain. I would come back.
