Great Customer Service!

Liked: Great customer service, there was an issue with my room that was out of their control when I checked in so they upgraded me to another room that was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my accommodations were great!
Disliked: The weather was a little overcast, but they could not fix that. :)

Not what I expected, definitely...

Liked: The staff were friendly and the location was perfect!
Disliked: The room had an Awful smell , ( combination of the smell from the previous guest + the cleaning detergent used + not opening the windows after cleaning and locking it right after) it was very bad! And unfair for me .
