Disliked: $10 per night parking, only 8 spaces available for the hotel. TV had a vertical line through the screen.Blinds in the bathroom and kitchen need to be replaced. Roaches in the room. Overall, the rooms need to be updated. Toilet leaked.

Liked: The gentleman at the desk was very welcoming and friendly. Check-in was quick and super easy, the location is central to all the amenities in Point Loma with plenty of amazing restaurants and scenery within walking distance. The room itself was perfect for the price, and the comfort of two guests. It was clean, private, and super comfy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to those looking for a budget friendly place to vacation.
Disliked: Every aspect of our stay was great, no complaints!

Liked: Excellent all the buffet and Restaurants they are available in the complex. Any time you have any to eat and drinks.
Disliked: May be the lift they need renovation or maintainers.

Liked: The location was great & room was clean. Sam was really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Dated, furniture wasn’t great. Bed was a bit on the firm side. Some fixtures weren’t attached to the wall very well and paneling on the side of the bathroom vanity was peeling. Shower had great pressure but really needs to be replaced.The price was not worth it. We definitely overpaid for what we got. We looked at a lot nicer hotels not far that were exponentially nicer with better amenities for basically the same price. Live & learn.

Disliked: Too much traffic ( people moving in and out)It was roaches in my room, and something kept biting me. The pillows were too hard, it was definitely uncomfortable night which me and my husband said never again. However the staff was nice he waved our early check in fee

Liked: Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and up to date. This is by no means a five-star hotel, but for what it was I was happy to have stayed there. Very good for your typical hotel.
