Superb

Liked: Great location. Clean room.
Disliked: Petty charge for keeping my bicycle. €20 for 2 nights in a non-descript storage room.

I would certainly recommend this...

Liked: The location is conveniently close to the Alhambra, as well as various restaurants and excellent tapas bars. The accommodation was quite comfortable, and the pricing was reasonable. I particularly appreciated the complimentary use of the coffee machine during specific hours—it was a generous touch. The rooms were equipped with a safe, which was exactly what we needed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Some of the bedroom equipment were already broken e.g. toilet paper holder. More, you shouldn’t expect a fantastic view.

Liked: Clean spacious facility,friendly and helpful staff,quiet and great location and views alhambra from bedroom window
Disliked: Bit old fashioned could do with some modern touches and aircon bit too noisy

Exceptional

Liked: Very spacious room, perfect location, walking distance from the Alhambra Palace and in the heart of the old city, the staff is very helpful and helpful with parking.
Disliked: The elevator did not reach the room floor and it was necessary to walk up one floor.

I would recommend staying in...

Liked: We booked the superior double room, with the view on to Plaza Nueva. Great view, we could also see one of the towers of the Alhambra. Alhambra was within walking distance. Great hotel - would highly recommend!
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like - great value for money

Don't book for Holy Week!

Liked: The Hotel location was great. Our Plaza facing room had a view of the square and Alhambra. That said, this was Holy Week and the processions/band playing continued way past midnight. And the loud (and seemingly drunk) folks in the Plaza could be heard until 3:00 AM. Yeah YIKES! But this was Holy Week (you do the math) So don't book for Holy Week!
Disliked: As noted above, the noise from the Plaza during one night of Holy Week was very audible until 3:00 AM. And the bed could have been better in terms of comfort.

I would find a better...

Liked: Location, but better places could be found in the same location.
Disliked: No management on site from 6p to 8am.Shower did not work. Shower basin overflowed.

Excellent location and value, comfortable...

Liked: the hotel is in a perfect location, steps from the city center and close the Alhambra and everything else. The rooms are very comfortable and mostly soundproof. The private bathroom felt very luxurious. We couldn't be happier with our stay! The staff also helped direct us by car into a private parking area. We had a great experience!
Disliked: Everything was great!
