Pretty average.
Liked: Cafe staff were so kind! Everyone at the front desk, rooftop bar, and valet were excellent too. $36 for 24 hour garage parking with a full-time attendant right across the street.
Disliked: Entire building was cold all the time, quilt was torn in half and there was no flat sheet on the bed, replacement quilt had blood stains, no counters or tables in the room were wiped before or during our stay, they were all dirty/sticky with cup rings from previous people.

Liked: Beautiful curated and designed. The hotel itself is a charm and different from other hotel. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. I am normally skeptical about hotel food but it turned out as a very pleasant surprise, I actually almost finished the entire breakfast. Would definitely come back for my next trip to LA.
Disliked: Central oriented windows mean that you’ll see other rooms and vice versa. Perhaps an additional see through curtains would allow some ample lighting in while protecting guest privacy.

Liked: The property is ok. I have enjoyed my stay here. But I hate that they hold on to your payment / security deposit for 30 days. When you reach out to they and kindly request a refund they blame your bank and naturally I follow up with the bank and they state it’s the hotel. And I finally realized there’s a few places I rather stay and get my funds return immediately at check out. And those who I have to hounds for weeks; all I do is review them negatively. Enjoy your stay!!

Liked: Great service, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast-dinner. We ate all 3 meals in hotel. Pool is clean and pretty. Loved everything.
