Absolutely amazing

Liked: This is gonna be my go to hotel for nyc, the location is perfect, restaurants less than 10 minutes away, and we felt safe walking at night. The room was spacious and super comfortable. You don’t listen to any noises at night from the street. The staff was super sweet and helpful!

Liked: The staff was super helpful when I got into a prickle with luggage restrictions requiring me to package stuff at short notice for dispatch by the postal service.

Family weekend at a boutique...

Liked: Love the location, check-in and checkout were easy. Elevators always came quickly. It was quiet during our entire stay. The bathroom was large and spacious and shower has a nice rainfall shower head and good water pressure. Beds / pillows are comfortable. Everything was clean. All staff interactions were pleasant, including with the valet. We enjoyed the view from our room as well and the overall size of the property.
Disliked: The vanity is small (but there’s still a lot of shelving). Having a mini bar is nice but a mini fridge would be great for leftovers.

Disliked: We were not informed about renovation work next door, which was quite disruptive. Although the staff greeted us politely, when we needed real help, they showed little interest.The night before checkout, my husband noticed his iPhone charging cable was missing. The charger adapter was still plugged into the socket, but the cable connecting it to the phone was gone. I asked reception if they had found any lost items, hoping housekeeping might have taken it by mistake or it was damaged during cleaning. They said no and offered no assistance, so we had to rush to the Apple Store before leaving.The hotel offered a fixed-price ride to the airport, which seemed nice. But at the agreed time, the receptionist confirmed our car was ready and helped us get in. At the airport, we realized it was just a normal taxi with no official arrangement with the hotel.I reported these issues to the hotel but received no response or apology. While problems can happen, the lack of acknowledgment was disappointing.For this price, I expected better service. I won’t be returning.

great location, friendly staff, small...

Liked: although they didnt have breakfast inside the hotel, they gave us some vouchers to claim in a coffee shop in front of the hotel, you can trade the voucher for 2 free items, which were pretty good to be honest, the coffee was way better than starbucks. The location was perfect, two blocks away from the metro, and 3 or four blocks away from the Empire State.
