This was an excellent hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and quiet. Appreciated the hotel shuttle to the venue.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The in-room coffee maker.

Great family getaway

Liked: Great for the family heated pool love staying there, the bartender rainbow was so good. He made my lemon drop so delicious and then later on in the night we got s’mores exceptional service recommend great value for the price.
Disliked: The walls are very thin in the rooms

Fab stay in a very...

Liked: Fab hotel in a great location 15 minute pretty walk to main strip Pacific Ave. The hotel has a great vibe - fun pool/bar/hot tub area. Lobby is really nice - staff super helpful and courteous. Our room faced the pool on 4th floor. I have seen other reviews about dirty rooms and rude service - not the case at all with us. The food and drink are pricey $30 for 2 cocktails, $45 for a muffin, egg sandwich and 2 coffees but the service was nice and so was the atmosphere. There are really limited rooms with a pool view and honestly since the windows face the outdoor walkway with folks walking by, you end up closing the shades for privacy so not such a big deal to get a regular room - just ask for a higher floor. (The first floor rooms I would stay away from - dark, you look at hedges and not private - especially around the entrances will be loud - banging gates)
Disliked: Pricey food and drinks
