Highly recommend!

Liked: The room was the perfect place to come back to after a day exploring in Rome. It was exceptionally clean and was cleaned daily by staff. The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast but certainly enough to set you up for the day. The staff were so friendly and helpful; they couldn't do enough for us. The location is fantastic, less than 10mins to St.Peters basilica, 20-30mins from the major Rome attractions, and plenty of public transport nearby. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Rome!

Liked: The hotel was exceptional, very clean, beautiful to look at and so were the rooms. The location was basically next to the Vatican, not even a 10 min walk. The staff were fantastic through all of the stay, very friendly, couldn’t do enough for you, happy, smiley, went above and beyond. We will 100% be returning. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone. Two very happy customers.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Despite the confusion, everything was...

Liked: Everything was great. They replied to my questions prior to my arrival, most of the staff were really helpful and kind, location is excellent for the Vatican, the breakfast was simple but complete, with eggs, yogurt, fruit, ham, cheese, different kinds of bread, pastries and delicious coffee.
Disliked: There was a confusion at the front desk because I had requested two single beds and they had approved it before my arrival around 2 am, but some couple arrived before us and they gave them our room, so we had a double bed for the first night. They were very apologetic and did fix it the next morning.

Location is good but room...

Liked: - The hotel is close to Vatican.- The hotel facilities are new and clean.- The hotel staff is helpful.
Disliked: - There is No windows inside the room. It is planted greens inside the room. However, we can’t see outside at all. I was disappointed this matter even at night time.- The room should be Double bed but actually it was combined single beds. It is disappointing.- Breakfast is Ok but no variety.

Great Stay in a Prime...

Liked: Great stay! The staff was exceptionally kind, the location perfect—right in the city center - Vaticano city—and the room was comfortable and well-equipped. Highly recommended!
Disliked: The breakfast was good with an adequate quantity, but it could offer more variety. Finding the hotel was a bit tricky due to a small sign, which could be more visible.

If young and a couple...

Liked: Clean and bedroom done every day even though we left late sometimes. Very close to the Vatican which was a ten min walk. Plenty of restaurants near by which were very good. Quiet at night .
Disliked: We were put right next to a toilet in the corridor and the door to reception. We had a room that was very small and was for those with a disability. We did not get a room that looked like any of the photos. Although the breakfast was there it was a very small dining room that catered for 6 people at a time and not a lot of choice. For a young couple it’s great for a pregnant daughter and her mother not so much.
