Don’t stay if you like...

Liked: Arrived to find the room temperature was 28C . As we had dogs we asked if someone would come upstairs to fix the thermostat to be told the air conditioning unit is broken. If we had known that we wouldn’t have stayed.Also and food or drinks had to be paid in advance rather than paid when we left.Definitely a no regarding this hotel.

Exceeded expectations

Liked: Staff super friendly to us and our dogs. Room was huge with wrap around balcony. Modern lg tv system bonus. Wifi super fast. Excellent dog walk just across the road
Disliked: Minor issue was that dinner did not start until 20:15 which was a little late for us

Great hotel on the edges...

Liked: Excellent power-shower.Specious room.Great bar/caffe downstairs.Friendly barista Sol who gives free lessons of basque language.Short distance to Sala TOTEM music venue.
