Exceptional

Overall a good hotel, staff...

Liked: Location. Easy to walk almost anywheres from hotel. Also close to metro lines.we didn't eat breakfast there as a little pricey at €16pp ( 5 of us)
Disliked: We didn't get a lot of room service ( bins emptied only) and we had to ask for additional towels, toilet roll, coffee pods etc however any requests we had were dealt with efficiently.

Liked: I would recommend this property for its location. Rooms were Okay. Breakfast not elaborate. Fixed items daily. Choice of breads fixed. Salad choices limited.

Liked: Perfect location, great price, comfortable room - I loved it there!

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: House keeping was not up to the mark. The basic amenities (toiletries, tea, coffee, water) were provided in the rooms, but used to be refilled even after asking them to do so.

Liked: The location of the hotel is good you can walk to Messe and also nice restaurants around. The pillpws are not good thay need to change them.

Very good value for money...

Liked: The hotel looks a bit old-fashioned from the outside and in the room, some of the furniture also clearly was slightly dated. But I did not care that the nightstand was not a design novelty, it worked for me. The bed was comfortable, there were two duvets to choose from (heavy and light) and the bathroom was newly renovated and sparkingly clean. One of the main attractions is the location at one of the main ateries of Frankfurt and near both the inner city and the University Campus, while next to a posh neighboorhood with good restaurants (Westend). The breakfast was also very good, with a lot of choice on breads and cold cuts, cereals and fruit.
