Hotel Oostergoo

The room was nice, but...

Liked: Location outstanding, basically on the waterfront in the cutest little dutch village.
Disliked: No elevator.

Liked: Absolutely lovely hotel, right on the dock. Excellent staff, and outstanding cappuccino in the morning with breakfast. Lovely location, near Groningen and not far from Amsterdam and Rotterdam but the hotel itself is in a gorgeous, rural area. There is very little parking at the hotel itself, you’d have to be pretty lucky to be able to snag one of the few spots available and you can’t park along the street around it because they’re for residents, but there is ample free parking at the town centre parking lot just a few hundred feet up the street, so don’t worry. This is a lovely little hotel!

Liked: Beautiful location, beautiful hotel, decorated with care. Big clean room, perfect breakfast. Nice staff. Grou is wonderful place to visit and so is the Alde Feanen National Park.

Liked: Wonderful location right by the water. The restaurant is first class. Staff friendly. Convenient parking.
Disliked: Quite a few stairs

Liked: Really good location as can be seen on the photos. Room was a good size, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was amazing as was the staff. Close to other bars and restaurants. The dinner in the hotel was excellent. Would go again.
