Hotel Nes

Cosy and centrally located.

Liked: A cosy and quaint little hotel in the perfect location. My daughter and I had a twin room, which was clean and had enough of what we needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful, happy to chat. Breakfast was delicious and enough. We walked everywhere and found the hotel to be in a super easy spot and easy to find. It was quiet too and equipped with 'death stairs'. Some lovely artwork situated around the building. Would definitely book and stay here again!

Liked: This Hotel is an excellent choice! The location and the Extra View on the Dancing houses (and on the canal)! The staff is fantastic! ERIC is a real Dutch guy

Disliked: Nothing. Our room was on the small side but that’s big city life. Understandably.

Disliked: Fraud.We booked the room based on the fotos we saw on booking. The reality was totally different than fotos. When we complained to the reception the answer was that is not possible for them to take fotos from all the rooms!But of course they never mentioned that uploaded fotos are indicative.The specific room was right next to elevator,so the noise was unbearable.Plus the door was not working well so we realised at some point that we were leaving our room unprotected all the time.The manager never communicated with us because,as we are told,he had off during weekends!!!We were offered free breakfast for 2 days as a gift for the problem but i would prefer the room we had booked,which by the way,cost 536 euros for 2 nights.I have fotos and videos in order to officially report this fraud to booking.com
