Very clean with modern bathrooms...

Liked: They let us drop off bags early so we could look around Paris without our bags. The room was modern and very clean. Front desk is manned 24/7. With friendly staff. Windows can be opened but our view was a courtyard- which was fine. Easy access to the metro. Was convenient for getting to Versailles and the Eiffel Tower.
Disliked: Room was a little small. Not much room other than the bed.

Liked: Location was ideal for us.Surprised at first by room on ground floor, but it was spacey (for Paris...) and quiet.Good firm bed.Staff was friendly and smiling.
Disliked: Air-con was dripping and we used towels to fix. Hopefully this will be permanently fixed soon.No facility for tea or coffee in the room.Bed was not made on the last night of our stay, but it was done the previous days.Shower head would need a decalc.

Exceptional

Liked: The accommodation is in a great location with a subway nearby, making it convenient for getting around. The staff are all super nice and there is a nice courtyard.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi signal wasn't very good at that time, but the staff said they would fix it.
