good location

Liked: Great, central location
Disliked: rooms a bit run down and outdated. we had to get things repaired in our room every day. windows allow a lot of street noise

Liked: harpist played some mornings! staff who looked after us in the cocktail lounge were exceptional
Disliked: was looking forward to seeing the rooftop (but alas) we were there during the cooler months

Liked: Fantastic location, the most wonderful staff and a delicious breakfast. Our room was quiet, comfortable and spacious.

Great hotel in a great...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was spacious and had a lovely balcony area. The bathroom was large and really nicely done out. The bed was super comfortable. And the breakfasts were fantastic, made even better by having a harpist playing for us during our meal. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing!

Nice but noisy

Liked: Location was great, central, close to Brera.
Disliked: We heard a compressor or similar through the wall, every 10-15 min it went on, sounded in different speeds and switched off. Day and night. We were at the end of one of the corridors. Sleep was only possible with ear plugs and white noise. The AC was gurgling but still better than the compressor. We told reception and they said they would look into it. Nothing happened.
