Bad hotel with weird staff that does not try to speak english.

Liked: Its very central located. But in a dangerous part at night. (Many drug addicts and prostitution)
Disliked: The staff wanted me to leave the hotel earlier then the checkout time. They kept knocking on my door for me to come out. I have never seen this before. Even after showing them i shouldnt check out yet. Also the room was super noisy and the fan could not turn off. All staff speaks spanish only and dont try to speak english.
