Excellent hotel.... really good spa

Nice hotel well located but...

Liked: The hotel is nice and well located; rather central. The front desk staff is nice and courteous.
Disliked: However this is the last time I’ll use the hotel because of the policy that no outside food is to be consumed on their terrace.While I understand why it may seem as a good idea to promote the food of the hotel bar, in my case it backfired. I had some takeout that I wanted to eat on the terrace with drinks ordered from the hotel bar. I was asked to leave. So I left and I won’t be back. NB: this was my sixth stay at the hotel as I regularly travel to Bilbao.

Liked: Really lovely staff at reception and the bar area. They were helpful in changing room for us as we needed twin beds. So very accommodating.
Disliked: Not much.
