Liked: Top location, clean and tiny hotell. Normal breakfast. Still I wonder how it can be a 4 star hotel.

Liked: Staff was very nice and the location was great, very centered
Disliked: The room was not as expected, was smaller then we thought defiantly didn’t give the feeling of a 4 star hotel. Property felt old and did not give the experience we wanted to get from a 4 star hotel.

Disappointing

Liked: Spacious room. Strong water pressure especially shower. Location is good in terms of its near trevi fountain and metro but it's in a small street which is kinda dark.
Disliked: No airconditioning. The room was soooo warm went up to 28°c and asked if they can turn on the airconditioning, but according to the staff there's none as its an old building. But why in the description of the hotel facilities it says airconditioning? The staff told us to just open the window. I don't know how it will be during summer. Luckily it's still winter when we went there. Also another description of the room was it's soundproofed which is not true. You can hear people coughing etc. Another thing it says it's a 4 star hotel but with our experience it's nowhere near not even a 3 star. Food was always the same thing and not even a small change every day. There was sausages and eggs. And that was everyday. The staff at the breakfast room doesn't know how to interact with guests. Only asked for your room number and that's it. Maybe train them to be more accommodating and friendly.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was fantastic very close to trevi fountain and Spanish steps....The staff at this hotel were so helpful, and made our stay amazing. Everything was great Thank you for all your help with my lost luggage.

Liked: Beds and Pillows are really comfortable and the room was suffice to be comfortable but not over the top. We arrived very late and the staff were welcoming, comprehending and ensured we were ok.Breakfast Room is cosy, the breakfast was plentiful and there was fresh fruit available and decent coffee.The restaurant next door to the hotel is brilliant and the food was really good.
Disliked: We could/should have stayed longer! and we could have stayed here earlier in our trip.
