Disappointing

Liked: Overall it was decent-good location in a nice town, staff was friendly, nice breakfast.
Disliked: Fitness room had broken equipment, elevator continually went to the wrong floor, pool access from the lower level wasn’t working, and most disturbing, my daughter found a sanitary pad in one of the robes provided showing they had not been laundered from a previous guest.

I would book again as...

Liked: The complimentary breakfast was very good. Everything one would expect. Nice room and surroundings, quiet and well-spaced out for individual comfort. Rooms were very adequate with ample towels.
Disliked: More attention to the rooms; one lamp was unusable as I switch of inoperable, bathroom sink knobs had to be retighten as some were loose. Lighting was only adequate, not good for trying to read.

Might stay here again if...

Liked: We liked the breakfast and the nice extras like cucumber water, cookies, and bathrobe. Nice Italian restaurant and great tavern.
Disliked: The temperature inside was way too hot! Our entire party at the restaurant was sweating and uncomfortable. We asked the server to turn the heat down and he said there was nothing he could do about it. Our room was so hot that we couldn’t sleep. The air conditioning did not work and the maintenance person couldn’t fix it. The shower drain didn’t work, had to shower in standing water.
