Disliked: What I disliked most about the hotel was the lack of clarity regarding our booking, we had reserved lunch with breakfast included, but upon arrival, we were told breakfast wasn’t part of the package. On top of that, the mattress was quite uncomfortable, which affected the overall quality of our stay.

Disliked: This hotel has the most awful beds, is almost like sleeping in the floor, and when we complained after the first nice the staff just told us that they couldn't do anything. We needed to put some blankets under us to try to make them a bit softer so we could sleep, and still we got a very bad back pain.

Liked: The location was close to Milan Linate Airport, which was very good. The shower was very good. The room was clean.
Disliked: The hotel was a little old-fashioned and quirky. Bed a bit too hard.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed every interaction when speaking with them.
Disliked: The noise in the room was a little disruptive. It may have been the noise of water, plumbing, toilet flushing or shower. It was very loud at night time and early morning. The tea/coffee facilities are not in the room. Early morning or late evening hot water is best to have in the room as the downstairs tea area was closed at a certain time, or the receptionist was busy with check in duties. This was not their fault. I would suggest a kettle in the room and two cups as an option.
