Excellent location, excellent value, excellent...

Liked: Excellent location in the city, the room was very spacious and clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: For our trip, there really wasn't anything we disliked. It wasn't the MOST fabulous hotel we've stayed but we weren't expecting to swim in the pool or use the fitness center much. I wish the hotel had a hot tub for long days of walking around the beautiful city but that was really the only minor drawback.

Liked: *Location is excellent only a few minutes walk to city centre and surrounded by shops of all kind. *The room was modern and beds very comfy. *One of the lobby staff who carries luggage was extremely helpful. *The pool has a lovely design even if a bit coldish.
Disliked: * Most of the staff were just pleasant but nothing outstanding for a 4* hotel. Breakfast is on a budget or badly managed, barely any food, no sausages or egg you have to wait, I was not able to get a hot chocolate for my son as no microwave in the kitchen to warm up milk, unacceptable for a 4*, no attempt to help. The juices machine is hidden behind a curtain so no open to the public. * Advertised with a jacuzzi but none * No lift to access reception from the outside but a flight of 24 steps - totally inappropriate for people with walking difficulties. It should be mentioned clearly on the website. No for everybody.
