Ok for one night but...

Liked: The location was good, the beds and cushion/sheets were comfortable and good quality. In general, it was clean. Staff was helpful except the lady chasing me to the elevator in the morning asking for the key, and when I made a comment about the things that didn't work in the room said "you should have told us last night". What on earth? I ARRIVED AT 9 PM. tired from a trip, and when i went to crash in the room found out no wifi or AC. She should at least had shown any interest about what I was complaining about.
Disliked: The AC didn't work, an neither did the WI FI which was very erratic and low power. The room was stuffy and hot, and the AC did not work at all, I don't want to imagine summer in this room.
