A very pleasant hotel for...

Liked: Reception was very hospitable. Provided great recommendations. Room very clean. Beds very comfortable. Good security. Key card elevator.
Disliked: The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar though the receptionist did provide local options. Also there was only one plug by the bed so only one of us had access to our phone while they were charging.

Portland Oregon - Downtown Stay

Liked: The open feel of the waiting area. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the drinks available to guests from 5:00p.m. - 6:00p.m. and the pinball machines to play just at the lower level was fun.
Disliked: Would be nice if they had a gift shop or in the very least offered sweatshirts and t-shirts with the hotel name on it.

We had a great time...

Liked: Staff was so friendly and helpful! We were extremely comfortable in the room and the hotel was so beautiful. Great location as we were in town for a concert at the Roseland, so very easy to get around everywhere we were heading. Would definitely stay again

Great hotel with lovely rooms...

Liked: Lovely hotel - rooms very comfortable and clean. The location was very central. It was a shame that the restaurant attached to the hotel had closed down but there was so much in the area that this wasn’t a problem for us in the end

Great stay. Staff super friendly,...

Liked: Staff, position, clean, complimentary tea/coffee and drinks in the evening. Bathroom small and no view from room but not a problem as only sleep there. Beds and pillows super comfortable.
