Liked: I booked a room off booking.com. When I got to the hotel. We were informed they did NOT have a room for us. That they do NOt accept booking for hotel rooms! I had called a week prior and was told yes we have a room for you.

Great location but that’s it.

Liked: Close to the stadium
Disliked: AC didn’t work great. Beds were uncomfortable. No urgency at check in with the long line.

I would stay agian if...

Liked: It was close to the stadium, we were there for a royals game.
Disliked: There’s nothing that I’d really didn’t like about this hotel but I did call to verify check in time ( because booking and their Google page contradicted each other ) and a staff member told me it was 3pm and to call the day OF to request early check-in. Which I did and was then told check-in was not at 3pm, even though their Google page says three and that I should have called the day before to request an early check-in. So I would suggest them update their Google page and also make sure the entire staff knows what time check-in is and how to request an early check-in time.

Liked: Room was nice.
Disliked: Checking in, you had to wait a long time to check in. It wasn't handled well. Had to wait a long time to check in Bad experience. I WILL go to this hotel ever again!!! Because of the crappy check in process. The staff did not know what they were doing. The last straw

Liked: Nothing, we did not stay there. They said they did have a booking for us.
Disliked: They did not have a booking for us.

Don't stay here

Liked: It was close to the stadiums.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable, the air didnt work, it smelled like black mold, the breakfast was not good made me sick.
