Excellent Location, Superb Staff &...

Liked: The location is excellent, right in the heart of the historical centre. Right by the Alcazar (Palace) and a 2 minute walk to the cathedral and tower. Also the staff were just the best! Welcoming, helpful and really made you feel at home.
Disliked: We had an "inside room" - we knew when booking, but there are no external windows. But this was only a very minor gripe. Everything else was great.

Was a great central spot...

Liked: We didn’t figure this out until the last 30 minutes of our stay but the balcony opened to the actual Alcazar Gardens and there were numerous peacocks right outside our window.
Disliked: I am sure it had as much to do with the bed selection we had to take because of limited availability but it wasn’t a comfy setup. Two twin beds with their own sheets, shoved together almost like one bed? Bed/Pillows weren’t great.

Liked: Beautiful building. Room was immaculate, clean and well appointed. Facilities excellent and very comfortable. The location was amazing for our exploring of the city as we were able to walk everywhere easily and quickly. Staff were very friendly and helpful givi giving us lots of local advice and always keen to help.

Liked: Charming, elegant hotel, stayed just one night so as to visit the Real Alcázar which is only a 10 minute walk. Excellent staff, beautiful healthy breakfast, and commendable, simple first rate design. A modern mood in a historic neighborhood.

Liked: Fantastic location near the Alcázar and walking distance to most places of interest. Easy reach of the river for walks and running. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was so quiet and comfortable.

Disliked: Very basic place for the price , we are surprised it is a four star hotel. We had much better lodging for 3 star hotels in prime location. The location is so so .

Fabulous breakfast after great nights...

Liked: The room was very well equipped - coffee machine, mini bar, hairdryer, Molten Brown toiletries.The room was so quiet.The staff were very friendly.The breakfast was exceptional - such a surprise for a small hotel - it was much better than most breakfasts in larger and more expensive hotels. First we were presented with freshly squeezed Seville orange juice and fresh fruit and yogurt - and then offered 2 further courses from a delicious menu along with tea and coffee. I had smoked salmon, omelette and lovely bread and the best tiramisu I’ve ever eaten- exceptional- if you stay here you must have breakfast !! Everything was delivered to the table beautifully presented.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like - 10/10 👏
